Terms of Service
Effective October 30, 2026
These terms govern your use of Fillview, including the Fillview terminal and the Fillog journal (together, the "Service"), operated by Sungwon Yoon in the Republic of Korea ("Fillview", "we"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Fillview is a web application that displays market data, charts and your exchange positions, and keeps a trading journal. Fillview is an information and record-keeping tool. It does not place orders, hold funds, or provide brokerage or custody services.
2. Not investment advice
Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Market data, screeners, signals, alerts and statistics are provided for information only. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and their results. Trading leveraged products carries a high risk of loss.
3. Exchange connections
You may connect exchange accounts using read-only API keys or public wallet addresses. You are responsible for creating keys with read permission only and for keeping them secure. Where an exchange lets us check permissions, Fillview refuses keys that can trade or withdraw. Your use of each exchange remains subject to that exchange's own terms.
4. Your data
Your journal entries, settings and encrypted keys are stored in your own browser. You are responsible for keeping backups. Clearing browser data or changing devices can delete them. See the Privacy Policy for details.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, bypass its limits, access other people's data, or use it in violation of law or of any exchange's terms.
6. Third-party content
Market data comes from exchanges and other third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Charts are provided by TradingView Lightweight Charts™. Third-party services are governed by their own terms.
7. Free and paid features
The Service is currently free. We may introduce paid features in the future. Any such features and their prices will be shown clearly before you sign up for them.
8. Availability and changes
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fillview is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, data loss, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including losses caused by inaccurate data, delays or outages.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

이 약관은 대한민국의 윤성원(이하 "Fillview")이 운영하는 Fillview 터미널과 Fillog 매매일지(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 서비스를 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
1. 서비스
Fillview는 시세, 차트, 거래소 포지션을 보여 주고 매매일지를 기록하는 웹 애플리케이션입니다. 정보 확인과 기록을 위한 도구이며, 주문을 내거나 자금을 보관하거나 중개·수탁 서비스를 제공하지 않습니다.
2. 투자 자문 아님
서비스의 어떤 내용도 투자, 재무, 법률, 세무 자문이 아닙니다. 시세, 스크리너, 시그널, 알림, 통계는 정보 제공 목적일 뿐입니다. 매매 판단과 그 결과의 책임은 이용자 본인에게 있습니다. 레버리지 상품 거래는 큰 손실 위험이 있습니다.
3. 거래소 연결
이용자는 읽기 전용 API 키나 공개 지갑 주소로 거래소 계정을 연결할 수 있습니다. 읽기 권한만 있는 키를 만들고 안전하게 관리할 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다. 권한 확인이 가능한 거래소에서는 거래나 출금 권한이 있는 키를 거절합니다. 각 거래소 이용에는 해당 거래소의 약관이 적용됩니다.
4. 이용자 데이터
매매일지, 설정, 암호화된 키는 이용자의 브라우저 안에 저장됩니다. 백업은 이용자가 직접 해야 합니다. 브라우저 데이터를 지우거나 기기를 바꾸면 삭제될 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 참고해 주세요.
5. 금지 행위
서비스 방해, 제한 우회, 타인 데이터 접근, 법령이나 거래소 약관을 위반하는 이용을 금지합니다.
6. 제3자 콘텐츠
시세 데이터는 거래소 등 제3자에게서 받으며 지연되거나 불완전하거나 부정확할 수 있습니다. 차트는 TradingView Lightweight Charts™로 제공됩니다. 제3자 서비스에는 각자의 약관이 적용됩니다.
7. 무료·유료 기능
서비스는 현재 무료입니다. 앞으로 유료 기능이 추가될 수 있으며, 그 경우 가입 전에 기능과 가격을 분명히 안내합니다.
8. 제공 및 변경
서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. Fillview는 서비스의 일부 또는 전부를 언제든 변경, 중단할 수 있습니다. 약관이 바뀌면 위 시행일을 갱신합니다.
9. 책임 제한
법이 허용하는 범위에서 Fillview는 서비스 이용으로 생긴 매매 손실, 기대 수익 상실, 데이터 손실, 간접·결과적 손해(부정확한 데이터, 지연, 장애로 인한 손실 포함)에 책임지지 않습니다.
10. 준거법
이 약관은 대한민국 법률을 따릅니다.
